I open the database editor and click on "Races". At the bottom of the window the option of "Add stage" is missing. What would be the problem and how can I solve it?

If I'm not mistaken it something with the screen resolution, but isn't the button 'Add Stage' in the official editor in the middle of the screen (and 'Add Race' in the bottom)?

Anyway, I don't know how to fix your problem with the Official Editor, but you could use an unofficial editor (see the downloads section of the site). The bad part is they aren't as user friendly as the Official Editor, but the good part is you have more options on races' settings. There are some tutorials on the forum on how to add a race, so that shouldn't be too hard to find (like here and here).

Thank you for the help! I have solved this problem. I had to change the screen resolution.
