Jersey problem

Hello all, could someone help me out with this problem

I have got a jersey made by baggieboys32 and I tested it ingame, but when I did that i saw a standard Cyanide jersey. EVERYTHING worked, except for the jersey.

Here is the jersey:

What is the problem with this jersey? I would really like to know, because my new season is starting soon, and I got this jersey for it.

If there is just something wrong with the kit can somebody possibly remake it? With the same sponsors?
Help me out!

Either you've named the jersey incorrect or it's in the wrong format (should be 32-bit TGA). The size could also be wrong, but in this picture it's correct.

Aah, I see it is 447 kB and it has to be 556. How can I fix it?

Open in paint.net or similar and save as 32-bit TGA.

I don't have Paint.net and I can't get it because the download is stuck. Can someone else do it for me?
