Hi There, ive looked everywhere but yet to find an answer,
Can anyone tell me which programs are used to create the bikes and wheels etc.
for pcm11?

and possibly if there may be a tutorial for how to as well?

I'm not sure as I don't make equipment myself, but I do know you can make it using Paint.Net.

Photoshop is the best for making designs, but as Eden said, Paint.NET is the best free alternative.
