Usually, i play with the best graphics possible without "forcing options" but now, when i open my game, my graphics are low. Then i click on "Default Graphics" and they go back to normal (high graphics). However, when i reopen the game, they are still low.
I don't know if someone can tell me what is going on

Normally the options will reset after a patch or after you installed a new DB. It would be caused by a file called local.cdb which is in the PCM folder in "My documents". If this file gets overwritten, then all settings are reset.

You can try this:
- Start the game
- Do your changes in the options
- Quit the game
- Mark the local.cdb as read-only
- Start the game and check the options

didn't work... i reinstalled to entire thing but still doesn't change.
Alos, i go in my options and choose to have it as a window, but when i reopen the game, it's full screen
