Game doesnt recognise Custom Tours

Okay, so I made a couple of stages and put them in CM_Stages, then created a CustomTour ingame. When I go to Single Player > Stage Races and get to the race selection screen, my custom tour isnt there.

CustomTours worked fine until today, they just havent worked today since I decided to install the 1.0.2 patch.

Anybody know any fixes? Or should I just reinstall and only install the 1.0.1 patch?

Well, I think it's better the second choice...the second patch is awful...

Well I tried reinstalling and only adding the first patch, but I cant play any stage at all now so I guess ill have to add the latest patch again.
