Can't add races with DB editor

Help me, I cant add races with the DB editor. I know how it works, but I can't reach the button. When I open the DB Editor and I go to races. The window of the DB Editor is too big and It goes under my underbar on my screen. So I can't reach that button. And I can't resize the window.

What can I do?

What editor are you using? The one which comes with the game? In that case, use another editor.

I also have the PCM Fast Editor.

I had that problem too. Just move your taskbar to the side.

Where can I unlock my taskbar, because on my Laptop it is locked.

Right Click on the taskbar and you should see the optionWink
