What is the name of these files I have marked? I can not find them.

They are in the folder: 3D/landscapes/borders

Do you need the names of all the different banners, boards and logos?

I hope this helps you

I know which folder they are in but not what files are named. : S

They are called: Cycling_AD_?? (no.)_Board/Banner/logo etc.
