Paris Nice not loading

Hi I have a problem when I go into Paris Nice stage 7 it starts loading normally but then when it has nearly completed road geometries it freezes but the music continues playing. I use the PCM daily database. I have tried lowering the graphics option but it doesn't work.

When it freezes, and you click, does it go back to your desktop?

Did you gave enough time before you canceled it?
Can you play this race in single race mode (outside of a career)?
Did you try a weeklysave yet?

I fixed the problem left it for 10 minutes
