Logos, minilogos and jerseys?

I am currently adding some teams to my pcmdaildb. They are all existing teams but i got some questions.

The logos and minilogos: Can anybody tell me how to make them, where i can find them or who can make them?
I am searching for logos for the following teams:
Bissell, Jamis - Sutter Home, Pure Black Racing, Drapac.

Then the jerseys: I found some jerseys in the shirt database but some of them are for pcm2010 (like the one from bissell). Anybody any idea where i can find jerseys of the next teams for pcm 2011?

And the team logo here

A quick and simple way to make such logos, is to take one of those, like c00 team and modify them with photoshop, placing images and colors you need.
Then, you save it and copy into that folder, with the respective name.

I have a question. Could someone please upload some minishirts for me? Some of them were in older pcmdailydb's so they don't need to be remade. I am looking for the minijersey's from:
Bissell
Jamis Sutter Home
Pure Black
Fly V Australia
Kelly Benefit Strategies
Jelly Belly Cycling Team

Thanks! Most of the jerseys of those teams I use are also from 2010 so no problem.
