Can anyone do a United Arabic Emirates Rounded Flag?

It is for me to get well the Sam1196 Emirates Cup.

And the Ethipia rounded Flag is not in the Pack, really?
I have a Ethiopia Flag but it's ordinary.

Can anyone do it for me?
