New to the game Help!!!
sisavedbygrace
Hi

I'm being totally honest I love watching the TDF and don't really follow much else however I have gained more interest now and am watching more but am lacking in the tactics of the game.

For example who should I choose for races etc

Training and fitness

I guess I'm wondering if there is a guide at all I don't want a cheat or anything like that just a rough guide as to what I should be doing as the season goes along.

Not sure if this makes much sense but hopefully it does

Thanks

Lachi
There are some tutorials but somehow the never get stickied so you need to search them.

Additionally this forum has a tips and tricks section (look left)

Edit: You can read this. It is from the last years game but the game did not change much: https://pcmdaily.c...d_id=16325

The best way to get your riders fit is to race . Early season i use the races mainly for fitness and i always send my squad to a training camp but just for a week and no moreWink

sutty68:
Training camps give your riders an unfair advantage. Better reduce the game difficulty if you struggle to win races.
Also fitness is mainly gained by training not by racing. A rider can have a maximum of 80 training fitness points but only 20 racing fitness points. The racing fitness points go away fast if your rider is not racing so you should not waste race days* to get fit.

*A rider can only race 60 days per season before his max racing fitness will drop and cannot be recovered until next season.
