Can't start the game

Hey! When I start PCM 2011 it pop up a box. In the box it stands "The application is already running. Unable to run the second instance of the application.
To obtain an error report and send it to product technical support, press the corresponding button."

What should I do? I have look at the computer "procecces" and I can't find that it is playing the game.

I have got that same problem with 2007,2008, and 2009! the only thing that worked for me was to wait a few months and install it again! But there should be another way...
Guess who's back? Smile
Lets see how many friens are still around...
