The following db will let you play with national teams instead Pro Tour teams
1) This db is not for career or season mode - for stage race, classic or stage mode error can happens
2) This db is 100% compatible with PCM Daily Pack - i am not sure if it will work with other packs.

Nice! I choosed to make a fantasy DB instead of a "national" DB. And I can see that was a good choice.
