Question about World Champs.

Hey, so ive heard that there is 160 places for the wc but is there any chance for those 160 to be the top 160 at the UCI World Tour ranks?

Don't think so as there could be 20 riders from the top 160 from spain and a country can only bring 9 riders the the wc
