ACTIVATION KEY BLACKLISTED. HELP!

I've had my PCM11 for a few weeks now, purchased in full, was given an activation key, everything worked fine... until today.

I decided to install the custom PCM database V1 today and so I uninstalled the game to reinstall as suggest by the instructions on the download page.

Whilst uninstalling, it asked me if i wanted to deactivate my current license from this computer, to which i said YES. It checked online a bit, and then told me my key was BLACKLISTED.

Thinking this is probably just a bug or something I uninstalled the game any way. I have now re-installed the game but I now can not activated the game, as everytime i ty it tells me my key has been BLACKLISTED and can no longer be used.

I've only had the game for a few weeks, never played online, never shared the key with anyone else (I don't even know anyone who plays PCM to share it with). And now I can't play my favourite game which I paid full price for.

HELP!!!!! Is there anything I can do? Anyone I can contact (support)?
