I have already changed ( use lachi's editor) fkID team in DYN_manager but is still the same ... What else I have to change? Some values in DYN_team?

Well, it wont change until the year changes. You will have to wait until the first of January Wink

Normally it should change immediately, but it is unwise to do it during the season.

Are you sure that you loaded the created cdb file in the game?
