Hello,

a) Is it possible to change the starting sponsor resources (€), so that it will not automatically creatde from the sum of riders salaries ?

b) Is it possible that the sponsor cap raises automatically every year about a amount of xxx ?

a) No, it depends on the management difficulty you set at the start of the career.
b) No, the sponsor budget only changes with new sponsor(s).

But you can edit the sponsor revenue as soon as you started the career. And it is possible to raise the sponsor income for the next season, too. I am sure that I explained it in this forum already, so you should be able to find it using the forum search. (search for value_i_budget and/or value_i_sponsor_future)
