How often did that happen ? Which patch and db are you using ? Year and stage ? Also the error report is a little bit small, can't really read it - so without information, no help possible

Of course you can make a larger image, you could even cut out the error message. And don't downsize the image if you upload it.

And you did not even answer half of his questions.

I have never seen this error.
During the installation of the expansion pack, was there an error?

Try to simulate this stage if you cannot play it in 3D.
