I'm currently playing a Career with Team Sky & it has Geraint Thomas, the 2010 winner, in this jersey. However, Bradley Wiggins won the jersey this year. How do I get Wiggins to wear this jersey & Thomas to revert to the normal Sky one?

The same applies to the TT jersey with Dowsett now being the champion, taking over from Wiggins.

I think 2-4-1 is referring to IRL.

If that's the case, you have to change it yourself with an editor such as the PCM Fast Editor. Open your save-game with the editor, find "Cyclists" (DYN_cyclist) and "Champions" (gene_i_champion_bit).

that list is not needed when using the Fast editor.
