How to add a track maillot?

I created an andorran rider in track cycling, but his maillot is red and white instead of one with andorran colours. I found out the maillots are in pcm11/3d/cyclists/cloth/team/n[country] and there is no folder called nand. I have the andorran maillot, but how can I add it?

You also have to add a national team for the rider (in DYN_national_team and STA_country). Keep in mind that adding a national team will make the game crash at the World Championship in career mode, so your DB should only be used for track racing.

I know I look stupid, but where are the DYN and STA files and how can I edit them

These are no files but tables. They are in the database or save. You have to use an editor to alter these tables.
