I am in the season 2014,but i have a few problem.I transfer some rider,but I arrived in time where Salary Funds>Sponsor revenues.What to do now.?Sorry for my english

You could edit your save. Either remove the riders, lower their contracts or raise the sponsor revenue.
There are several editors, for example the one in my signature. I forgot how to raise the sponsor money in pcm2010 but the contracts are in the table DYN_contract_cyclist. To release a rider you need to delete the contract and then set the fkIDteam to 119 (in the table DYN_cyclist).

To edit your save, you have to edit your save.
But you need an editor, as mentioned before...
