I have a problem with the PCM 2011 and the error is very rare to have if you know that you can explain.

when I go to put the game before the start fails and when I uninstall and then reinstall it will not let me off the code and then activate it either.

I do not understand you.
You should ask it in a Spanish forum, if you do not speak English.
Or contact the official support as mentioned in the manual or in the mail if you bought it online.
