(sorry for my english but I'm from The Netherlands)
I have a career to team with a contract until 2013, now I am in January 2013 and how do I extend the contract of my main now? does enybody know it?

you can't extend the contract

You can't extend the contract with your existing sponsor, you'll have to search for a new one.
