Searching new sponsors the latest patch is useless because after season I get three sponsor offers. Am I right? And because I do not have sponsorship for next season, I can not buy new riders.

You already answered your question: you can´t sign new riders until you have a sponsor, so it makes sense to search one to secure a good squad for the next yearWink

I have now new sponsor but the confidence is very low. Can I get fired because of that?

As far as I now, the confidence doesn't matter at all. Last year they could reduce the sum of money you would get, but since it's fixed for the duration of the contract the sponsors can't really do anything.

sponsor confidence has no relationship to money, so whatever deal you are on, you are on for the term of that agreement..

however, sponsor confidence has a huge impact on whether or not you keep your job at the end of the season... if confidence is red, chances are you will be looking for a new team.
