Can anybody explain me (for layman) how I get the equipment packs in game???

You didn´t do any serios research. I think that was mentiond like 1000 times in the PCM.Benelux Equipment Packs thread and others. The easiest is to oberwrite some equipment in:
C:\Program Files\Cyanide\PCM2011\3D\Cyclists\Equipments

Or search for the guide made for 2008 and follow that steps.

I can't overwrite any equipment, because I have the RSM-News DB where's no equipment within. But thank you I found the guide from 2008 Wink
