Just curious because this thought randomly popped into my head, I was thinking that the prl and tt stats, are for those area's of expertise. Basically under my understanding, its the amount an individual can pace himself alone, just wondering why those skills wouldnt also help someone who broke away from the peleton on a break away. I mean its the same concept , im pretty sure it makes a difference in real cycling , but wondering if it had anything to do with pcm 11, or if nothing does so to speak,

Those stats do no effect the ability of a rider who has broken away. They only come into play in time trial stages.
