I copied all the stages of a TdF variant to my CM_Stages folder, in order to artificially create an alternate variant of the Tour. I copied both the CDS-files and the ZCES-files, and changed the names of the new files to the names of the old ones.

Yet when I start the stage, it is altered due to the kind of stage that preceded it. In the new variant the first stage is a ITT, but it is run as a road race nevertheless - because the old one was one of such. And all the stage types (flat, hilly, mountain, ITT) remain the same, although the profile has changed.

Any advice? How can I change the stages, so that they are of the same type as the stage profile? Thanks in advance.

You need to edit your save, the stages are in the table STA_stage.
Look in STA_race to find the ID of the race (IDrace) then search that number in the column fkIDrace in STA_stage. Then scroll right to edit these columns:
- fkIDstage_type (1 = Normal / 2 = ITT / 3 = TTT)
- fkIDrelief (1 = Flat / 2 = Hilly / 4 = Mountain)
- gene_f_distance (Stage length)
- gene_f_time_gap (0 for TT stages / 7 for mountain st. / 10 for hilly st. / 20 for flat st.)
- gene_f_mountain (1 for mountain stages / 0 from hilly stages)
(and maybe gene_b_HasCobble if you the stage has cobbles)
