Activation many times on same pc

I bought the game in a shop 5th of july. Then an activation code u can use 3 times follow. I used 1 when I installed it. Around 2 weeks later I had to activate the game again because of some updates. 1 left. So yesterday the same happened, but when I tried to activate the pc started hanging, and I couldn’t do anything. Then the pc turned of because of some updates. When I turned it on again, The game wasn’t activated, but I couldn’t use the code anymore. Can someone help me? PLEASE |

Write to the support by answering the mail with the key. Tell them that you need a new key. And next time do not deactivate your game when uninstalling |

Only two problema.
1. I never uninstalled it
2. I bought the game in a store so the key was writen at the backside of the manual

Contact the support team and somehow prove that you purchased the game then they will give you a new one.
