I reached 2012 but the profile of the Tour the France (and other races) is exacty the same as in 2011. Stages are the same...
How can I activate the variants??

Variants are automatically activated. Are you sure you correctly installed and then selected the Daily database?

The variants will change at the 3rd of January or so.

If this is not your problem, there are tutorials in this forum how to add variants to an already started career.

thanks. Indeed. It changed all at 3 january (instead of 1 january). Sorry for my question that come too early....

Other question: in season 2 (2012) Evans and F Schleck do not have a contract. This is strange and no realistic. I believe that all the best riders should have contract. Can you or Cyanide do someting about this.

With another carrier I observed that Contdor and Boonen did not have a contract or seaon 2 (not so funny).
