Can't play online?

Hi,

I also asked this question in the online section but got no response there so i hope i'll get my answer here.

I activated my online account, which went just fine, and then went online 1 time. The next time however, the loading took a long time and after a while it said 'Server-side processing error'. Now i get this message everytime i want to play online, so i never actually can play online. Anyone knows what the problem is/might be and what to do about it?
