Hey guys, you can see my problem in the photo, I put all graphics low and i'm playing with the v. 1.0.2.2 and the PCMDailyExpansionPack (2010), thanks for your time.

in the head of the cyclist xD there is a red object, do you see it? or this object is normal in the game?

You are soooo funny.

This "thing" is not IN the head but above his head.
It is the wind flag and you can turn it off in the options.

Sometimes it helps to read the manual before you play the game.
