How do you make money in this game?
I'm managing HTC and i loose £100000 per month and am bankrupt by the end of March.

Are you using a lot of legendary scouts/trainers/doctors?
The only way to make money is getting good results in races actually

Win some races  and maybe make some calculation when hiring new staff or rider, if you will have enough money till end of the season. And of course you can use editors -in download section there is a few editors that can help you. |

I might use a editor but I would prefer not to cheat. Haven't hired may staff (a few national coaches and scouts) but my base sponsorship is about £100000 less than the original wage bill.
Also I'm no good at winning races (my sprint trains fall apart or arrive too late, but thats another question) so don't earn any money. I won 3 races in 2 months.
How would I edit the finances of HTC?

Well you can use easy difficulty when starting career - this should give you a little more money at the beginning of the season and maybe also easy difficulty in race mode - thats the way how to win some races and earn money, later, when winning is easy raise difficulty and so on... |
