Regions - Custom Team Career

Hi,

Maybe I sound a little newb but,
where for is the regions tab in Custom Team Career mode?
Should I just fill in all the different regions of all my riders?
What is the advantage if I do so?

It is for your sponsor, and how important it is for your team to have riders from that region. So no I would not include all the regions of the riders, just the major region(s).

If you don't have enough riders from the region your sponsor will not be happy. Not sure how big the impact is though.
