i got a psd file of the main jersey but how can you make a national champion jersey too it

The .psd file helps to create a national champion jersey in a very similar style. To get one, you need to edit the different layer, change colours, logo position etc.
When you´re done with that, save it as .tga (make sure all layers you want to see are visible).

first you have to get the jersey from the country you are trying to edit. If you don't have it what country are you trying to create one for?

National templates can be downloaded here: https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....ost_338189

You have to open the psd. file in gimp or adobe. Open a national template. Press ctrl+a and ctrl+c. Open the psd. file again and add it as new layer. If you place the national template in the bottom of layers you vill have to remove layers. If you place it in the top you will have to make it with "multiply" effect.

It's not an easy work to do or explain. Read shirts guides, that will help you. If don't know how to use gimp or adobe we can't tell you have do it.

ok but how do i put a plis in a layer i know how too do it in paint.net but not in adobe cs3
