Can't play online?

Hi,

Lately I can't seem to play online anymore. I activated my account and all that, and the first time I could play online without problems. But the last few times when i select play via internet, a message appears which says something like 'processing-error server'. How can I fix this?

Did you upgrade to the latest patch?
