The new patch, is not compatible with any database's, and when would it be compatible?

Is it possible to delete the newest patch and install 1.0.0.3 again so that patch will be compatible again?

I guess you mean 1.0.4.4?

PCMdaily's Expansion Pack V1 is designed for the 1.0.4.4 version

Yes, but then I need uTorrent, and I dont want to install that.
Do you know when PCM_vrai_nom V10 would be compatible to 1.0.4.4?

You don't need uTorrent, you can download from Megaupload too.

Go to pcmfrance.com, they're the ones making that db I think. I guess there'd be more people who'll know the answer there than here...
