Problem With Country Flags

I fixed my other problems, but now that I've downloaded the new PCM Daily DB 1.0, the flags of some of the less normal countries (Like Eritrea) don
t appear. just a weird neon people square. Anyone know how to fix this?

Read the Questions & Answers thread of the DB.

The "problem" is also mentioned during the installation of the DB.
