Junior Rider Posts: 32 Joined: 21-11-2010 PCM$: 200.00	How do I get my rider just to follow a wheel of someone without doing any work? Does it even save any energy if we were to share the work? Its by doing whatever that you become whoever

Domestique Posts: 652 Joined: 02-08-2011 PCM$: 200.00	Not sure what the last part means but if your within 18 k of the finish on a flat stage or 2 k (or around there) on a mountain stage you can do counter sprint to follow someones wheel. You can also do counter-attack when someone is attacking and that enables you to follow their wheel and save a little energy. Edited by Mr_Monk on 04-08-2011 19:43
