So I was just forced to install the newest patch, cause an error occured, crashing the game over and over, it also corrupted my save-game, luckily I could use a new one from my WeeklySave-folder.

The reason why I did not install Patch 1.0.4.4 was because I noticed alot had trouble with finding new sponsors for their team, they had to choose between 3 random at the end of the season, and I wanted to avoid that!

So my question is now, that I installed the new patch, will I run into this problem, as my save-game is started in the older patch? I seem to remember that you had to begin a new save-game before the changes would occur, or am I wrong? Rolling Eyes

I also installed 1.0.4.4. It was a big mistake. My sponsor gives my only 1/12 of the actual budget so there is no chance to play a season. Also the fix didn't helped me. Just waiting for a new patch now...

just install a previous patch over the new one and it will revert back.

I think the fix only works for careers after the fix was applied. You should try starting a new career, now tthat you have the fix installed.

I never had any problems finding sponsors with the 1.0.4.4 patch and the pcm.dat

Did you start a new game after the fix davincibomb?
