I'm doing a bit of research into the effects of recuperation at the moment with some success. I was just wandering if anyone knows if the starting values of the young scouted riders can be altered anywhere in the database? |

As far as I know it has to be set outside the DB in some XML-files. |

YoungRiderCarac or something like this. Its in the Gameplay folder in the Program Files/ Cyanide/ PCM 11, but I dont know how to edit the file.

It is in the DYN_young_cyclist table. The default PCM editor won't let you edit that database but Full Editor v4, Lachi's and the PCM Fast Editor all should. By default the values for REC (and most, if not all, the stats) range from 50 to the low 70s. |

I thought that the table will be filled after you have started a career. The default ranges for the stats can be defined in the XML file mentioned above. |
