Generally games run faster with NVIDIA but look nicer with ATI. Also ATI cards generally are cheaper with same specs (because they run a bit slower).
I do not know these cards, but it should not be too hard to find a comparison in the Internet. If both have the same price, take the stronger card, else you would regret it in the future. |

let us know how you go mate as i have a GeForce 315M card in my new samsung lappie and the picture quality is very solid in gameplay. i have no need ot upgrade (the one you refer to i know is a fair few levels above my entry level with the purchase card) but i would not turn a blind eye to upgrading in the future

I have a GTX 550Ti and the game works well on it with good graphics. So long as your computer can support it, then I expect a 560Ti would work even better

Yes I got a $70 GFX card a while ago, and even that was too much for the power supply, so I had to upgrade my power supply too. It usually says how many Watts is recommended to run the GFX card though.

anyone got a samsung lappie? i got a Samsung RV511-S02AU Laptop with a stock standard GeForce 315M graphics card. i will assume most will be using a desktop computer to play games, so i realise my question may be pointless. i would love to hear if anyone has a similar laptop with same/similar graphics card and recommendations on an upgrade. im not too sure what my laptop can handle in terms of graphic cards

You cannot upgrade laptops, at least not the internal graphic card. |

The 315 isn't good at all, but if you can run the game who bothers, i understand that your laptop is really pricy, but it its't suited for playing games and you can't really upgrade a laptop's graphics
Former madden champ, and yes: I will, and would beat you any day

i know all about laptops and games...but i didnt buy nor own a laptop to play games. i simply saw this game and couldnt help myself. i have no need to own a desktop computer. the graphics work just fine and hence i stated i dont need to upgrade my graphics card. but now i have learnt that an upgrade some day is not possible. all cool with me!
