I changed all my files to from the Official "version"/skin to the NOS LĂ©gendes "version"/skin, but are not happy with all the changes... Is there any way to get the old files back without having to reinstall the game?

Only if you would have made a backup before installing.
What's so bad about installing again?

Well, for example ingame when you are going to fast forward, the sign of how many times you're fast forwarding (x2, x4, x8) is just a pink box... Lots of these problems. I've checked the files, but everything seems to be okay there, so... Are there a new skin in the PCM.Daily DB?

I did not ask what problems you have. I asked why you do not want to install again.

Never install two different DBs, especially if you have problems already.

You should do it like this:
- Uninstall the game
- Install the game
- Install the patch*
- Install the DB*

*I would wait for the new patch and the new DB. Both should be released this week.
