How to add variants to ongoing career?

I've got a career going in February 2013. This was before the daily DB with the variants, so therefore I started without variants.
How would I go about adding the variants from the daily to my career?
I can't seem to find a copy function in Lachi's editor to copy the tables from the daily db?

The advanced editor v4 doesn't work for me when loading my career for some reason.. it crashes at dyn_classification_races..

Any nifty guys who could explain it to me?
