Hi guys
I've got a 2010 Macbook Pro
2,4 ghz Intel Core 2 Duo
4 GB ram
NVIDIA GeForce 320M - 256 mb
Is it good enough to play PCM 2011 with the highest graphic without the game lagging? |

Well, first you'll have to have windows installed, since it's not Mac compatible (unless I'm horribly mistaken, which I so desperately hope.) Other than that, the specification looks good enough. Not sure about highest graphical level, but certainly enough to handle it.

Yeah Im aware that I need Bootcamp and install Windows and all that
Im more worried about the graphics. Don't really wanna play the game with low graphic settings. Then I might as well play an old version
Anyone else playing on Mac? |

Well, my PC which is ever so slightly underspec (barely enough Ram) handles the game on low - mid graphics okay. I can imagine yours would handle mid - high graphics no problem.
If you do try it, any chance you can report back? I usually run a Macbook pro (same spec as yours, I think), and would like to play PCM on it, but never thought it'd be cut out for it.

I run it on a new 2011 Macbook Pro (Windows 7 installed) with:
2,2 Quadcore i7
4 GB DDR3 ram
AMD Radeon HD 6750M, 1024 ram
I run the game at highest possible graphics. At large and very graphically demanding scenes from the races, it may not run 100% smooth - but no lag overall.
I assume your system will be able to run the game with mid-graphics (maybe just above mid), if you expect a smooth race |

If you rune windows on BootCamp, Yes your Machine is fine.
If you use VirtualBox or sim. Forget it min. 6GB Ram + is needed.
I Have an i5, 12 GB imac using bootcamp... thats running nice |

Just a side note: As far ar I know you cannot run the game in an virtualbox or similar because the copy protection does not like it.

Hi Zulle89,
I've got that exact Macbook Pro and PCM11 runs fine through Windows 7 on bootcamp, It's not at top graphics but I imagine very few laptops can run top graphics. |

I've just seen some vids on youtube where the graphics look quite terrible. I don't want that. Of course I don't know what settings they are plaing on.
Hmm |

It is not a matter of mac or not. Just check if your computer fits the recommended system requirements and you should be fine: https://www.cyanid...amp;t=8355 |
