Game Crashes

Hi,

I have Downloaded and installed the game, and the patch.
First time around I got all the way to making a profile, which i filled inn with the code and everything required.

Then the Game crashed and everytime that i go to play it gets to the menu but then crashes. I have treid re installing, but this does not work.

Any ideas?

Remove the PCM folders in my documents and %APPDATA% (type that into your explorer and press enter (explorer not internet explorer))

Which %APPDATA%? Because there is a number in my machine

Just type it into your explorer and press enter. You should see some folders, one beeing the pcm folder. If you do not see them, go the the explorer options and change the visiblity of hidden and/or system files.

What do you mean with numbers and machines?

I doubt that you do what I tell you, but I try again:
- Uninstall the game
- Delete the two pcm folders (My documents and APPDATA*)
- Install the game
- Install the patch 1.0.3.0
- Go to the folder where you installed the game into and rename the folder "Videos" to "Videos-OFF"
- Start the game

If you skip any of these steps or don't do them correctly, you will fail.

(*) Note that on some Windows systems the application data folder is hidden by default.
Here is how to make it visible:
Open the Folder Options by clicking the Start button and click Control Panel.
On the Control Panel, click Appearance and Personalization and click Folder Options.
On the Folder Options, click on the View tab.
Under the Advanced settings, click Show hidden files and folders and click Ok.
