I'm thinking about buy the PCM 2011 (DVD version) in a UK website for half price, but it's full English (no other languages) I'm not an English expert, and I want to know if it's possible to change the language or install another one.

Not when you´ve bought the country-specific DVD version. They only have one languague.

I have 2 options:
- Play the game in English.
- Pay x2 € and play in my language.

In My Docs/PCM, there's a Local.cdb. Open it with the Full Editor V4 / Advanced Editor. Open STA_localized_string and STA_formated_string. Copy the language column of the language you want to play in and overwrite the English column. Save and export the file.

That's a way to workaround it, but it requires a bit of DB editing knowledge. Also, you have to do this for every patch, and if a database comes with a Local.cdb, you'll have to edit that Local.cdb too.

As far as I know there is only one version around this year which contains all the languages.

Else buy the download version, it definitely has all languages. Look at the different pages to find the lowest price.
