Hi, I'm having a problem purchasing PCM 2011. I go to buy the game online, clicking the download page. I enter all my credit card information. I click confirm, it says: "processing payment," and then it kicks me back to the page before. No error messages, no email, no nothing. I'm 100% sure the card is working and I entered the information correctly. Help?

Don't know if you got this taken care of yet, but i had the same problem. And their customer support was much help, except to tell me they didn't have any record of the purchase. After consulting with my credit card company, which also did have that purchase i decided to try it again. This time though i paid with paypal. And this time it went through.
Hope this helps, especially as i thought i was the only one.
