Have i got the real DB?

I've stumbled over a funny rider stat in the DB I downloaded for this Management Game. I discovered that Chris Anker Sørensen, only has 67 in mountain, which is way beneath his real life skill.
So is the real DB I've got myself? |

that's what he deserved in real life at the start of the season....which is when the game starts 
in the game he'll progress. as he is doing IRL

Is the age of the riders in the DB correct, I mean is that the age they will have in the start of the 2008 season or was that their age in the start of the previous season. |

this is the db that was used in Justin's Nippo career and Crommy got it off him when he started his 2nd season, so yes the ages are correct
