Hello everyone,
I'm playing with the PCM2011 BMC team, I'm running the Tour of France, Cadel Evans is ranked first Cya Top Tour, but in the 3D game, the sweater toptour leader, not shown, is a bug the database "DB PCMFrance V10's Real Name?"

The shirt lider Toptour BMC is in the folder BMC.

The DB is "PCMFrance's Real Name DB V10 "

It was removed from the game in patch 1.0.3.0.

As I said, the Protour leader shirt was removed from the game in patch 1.0.3.0. It isn't in the game anymore.
