Starting effort 70%?

Junior Rider Posts: 45 Joined: 22-02-2011 PCM$: 200.00	I've just played my first few stages of PCM11, and I recognize that the starting effort of the stages is 70 instead of 50 as in PCM10. And it seems that this high effort wastes too much energy trying to keep position in the beginning of the stage? Or?

Tour de France Champion Posts: 27880 Joined: 20-10-2006 PCM$: 200.00	The effort that's set is the max effort that the rider is willing to do in order to complete the task that you've given him - that's a new thing in PCM11. Therefore, it's now set a tad higher than in previous games. If the effort turns red, it means that the rider can't do what you asked him to with the current effort.

Junior Rider Posts: 45 Joined: 22-02-2011 PCM$: 200.00	Okay, thanks - it seems as if it has gotten a lot more sensitive. You gotta keep an eye on your riders in order to keep them in the peloton/group (as everyone else writes in their threads) .
